To qualify for a refund/free replacement, please ensure that the issues we describe below are present:

• Print quality (poor printing, damaged printing, misprints, missing prints)
• Product damaged during transit
• Product defective prior to delivery/product defective
• Product size not as expected (wrong size, smaller/larger than size chart)
• Shipping issues (no update from shipping carrier, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address)
• Packages lost after delivery will be offered a replacement instead of a refund

Please contact us via contact email, describe your package problem, and provide a clear photo of the package you received, this will help us identify the defect of the product you received and will help process the refund or resend a new product to you quickly.

Please note that we do not offer free refunds/replacements in the following cases:

• Order lost due to incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Product received as requested; however, you would like a different size/color
