Don’t know if cream cheese would be to rich done my way. Secret. One time I had to make a pie. Had no time. Really. Bought a large Sara Lee baked it. Made my famous pecan bourbon mix. Put it back n pie. Yep. I made a pie. No my family does not follow me on Facebook. So it’s a secret. That looks so good I may try one of these days keep sending them good recipes girl. I am so glad I don’t live near you, I love pumpkin cheesecake. I would be double my size around you. I make one similar but use ginger snaps instead of graham crackers for the crust also I top mine with homemade caramel sauce & real whipped cream.

My daughter found the recipe on a gram cracker crust when she was a child/ she no longer is. You know how to make me hungry how are you doing Melissa I have missed you and Steve very much I am sad and upset at myself for not being in touch with you I hope you can forgive me please take care of yourself but I am having to take dad to my sister in Ohio but I always have you and Steve in my prayers. I use but never have made a crust on the bottom. Love this idea.
