I always start with pen and paper and bring it to digital for the coloring.”Don’t worry, you’re not the first person to ask. This is an incredibly common question in the screen printing world. At Threadbird, the short answer is “no”. We have a minimum of 24 pieces on every order of up to 2 colors.Great question. It all comes down to time. Screen Printing is a mechanical process that involves machines, manual labor and time. It takes the same amount of time to setup a job with 1 shirt as it does a job with 100 shirts. When the costs involved are averaged over 100 shirts, the order is affordable for the customer. But, when the same costs are averaged over 1 or 2 shirts, the order is no longer affordable.

Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 1-3 business days to create our products then you should add shipping times on top of that.

SHIPPING TIMES:

How long shipping takes really depends on where you are from.

USA Orders: Shipping time is between 8-17 business days.
International Orders: Shipping time is between 15-35 business days.

To qualify for a refund/free replacement, please ensure that the issues we describe below are present:

Print quality (poor printing, damaged printing, misprints, missing prints)
Product damaged during transit
Product defective prior to delivery/product defective
Product size not as expected (wrong size, smaller/larger than size chart)
Shipping issues (no update from shipping carrier, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address)
Packages lost after delivery will be offered a replacement instead of a refund

Please contact us via contact email, describe your package problem, and provide a clear photo of the package you received, this will help us identify the defect of the product you received and will help process the refund or resend a new product to you quickly.
