• Print quality (poor printing, damaged printing, misprints, missing prints)
• Product damaged during transit
• Product defective prior to delivery/product defective
• Product size not as expected (wrong size, smaller/larger than size chart)
• Shipping issues (no update from shipping carrier, lost in transit, delivered to wrong address)
• Packages lost after delivery will be offered a replacement instead of a refund
