38-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan reveals the secrets that helped her regain her beautiful, youthful appearance after many years of declining appearance due to partying and stimulant use.

The Mean Girls star recently surprised everyone when she appeared with a radiant appearance and attractive figure at the premiere of her new film Our Little Secret in New York. During her promotional trip to the US, Lindsay received many compliments on her appearance, charisma and fashion style.

According to The Sun, in an interview, Lindsay revealed her current beauty routine: “I try to maintain a healthy diet, that’s important. Pilates is also key to keeping me active and mentally sharp.”

While some have speculated that Lindsay has had plastic surgery, she says the secret is good skin care. Sharing with Allure magazine, the mother of one said she takes good care of her skin every morning and night. Lilo revealed that since giving birth, she rarely wears makeup except for events: “I like to go out looking natural and don’t feel the need to wear makeup all the time. I just want to love myself for who I am.”

Lindsay has given up her partying lifestyle in Los Angeles in recent years to pursue a healthier lifestyle in Dubai. She cooks her own meals, maintains a regular bedtime and wake-up routine in her family’s private beach house, and exercises and meditates every morning. Lilo revealed that her breakfast consists of a smoothie, toast, yogurt and a cup of tea.

“Every day was the same, but I liked it. I liked this scientific lifestyle, which I didn’t have when I was young. Back then, everything was always hectic and my only job was to film and be on set,” she said.

A peaceful and happy life in Dubai with her husband and children has also helped Lindsay become more and more beautiful. Lilo said she felt lucky to move here, after years of turmoil associated with wild parties, rehab and constant court appearances. The UAE’s strict laws against paparazzi and zero tolerance for drugs have provided the Hollywood star with the ideal environment to change her life.

“In New York, I’d be walking down the street and I’d hear a ‘click, click,’ and I’d be like, ‘Are those paparazzi?’ Here I never have to worry about that. It’s a great feeling,” Lindsay said.

Lindsay says she would never have found true love if it weren’t for Dubai. The actress met 37-year-old Kuwaiti financier Bader Shammas, who gave her true love and protection. They married in a private ceremony in 2022 after more than two years of low-key dating. The couple welcomed their first son, Luai, last summer.

“Every morning I wake up, run to hug my son and just look at him, I feel so happy,” Lindsay confided. “Now I just want to be with my family. I feel like as I get older, less means more.”
